WHAT IS A THEOPHANY?

The SECRET stages in the back of God’s mind, of His eternal purpose,  have NOW been revealed. 

       There are 3 STAGES to REDEMPTION.  He redeems the world the SAME WAY He redeems His Church & the people.

       1 ︎is Justification, 2 ︎is Sanctification, & 3 ︎is Baptism of the Holy Ghost. THEN COMES THE RAPTURE!

       The Bible says that if our EARTHLY BODY is dissolved, we have one waiting!

       WHY? Because you’ve been made into a LIVING IMAGE OF THE LIVING GOD. YOU HEARD FROM YOUR THEOPHANY! 

       Upon dying, God’s child enters their THEOPHANY & it returns to earth to pick up the REDEEMED BODY. 

       Predestination is plainly seen here. It’s the COMPLETE SECRET OF OUR LIVES in their Journey, Death & WHERE WE GO after we die.

       Moses had HEARD God & he saw Him as Fire in a bush, but he wanted to see HIS face. 

       God allowed Moses to see his back.  It was THE BACK OF A MAN; A THEOPHANY.  

       Then God appeared to Abraham as a MAN; Melchisedec!

       Abraham was the prophet who had the promise of the COMING SON, so the WORD came to the prophet.  

      It was GOD IN A THEOPHANY!

2 Corinthians 5 

1 ︎ For we know that when this EARTHLY TENT we live in is taken down, that is, when we die and leave this EARTHLY BODY, we will have a house in heaven, AN ETERNAL BODY MADE FOR US BY GOD HIMSELF and not by human hands. 

2 ︎ We grow weary in our PRESENT BODIES, and WE LONG TO PUT ON OUR HEAVENLY BODIES LIKE NEW CLOTHING. 

3 ︎ For we will PUT ON HEAVENLY BODIES; WE WILL NOT BE SPIRITS WITHOUT BODIES.

4 ︎ While we live in these earthly bodies, we groan and sigh, but IT’S NOT that we want to die and get rid of these bodies that clothe us. Rather, WE WANT TO PUT ON OUR NEW BODIES SO THAT THESE DYING BODIES WILL BE SWALLOWED UP BY LIFE. 

5 ︎ GOD HIMSELF has prepared us for this, and AS A GUARANTEE HE HAS GIVEN US HIS HOLY SPIRIT.

6 ︎ So we are always confident, even though we know that AS LONG AS WE LIVE IN THESE BODIES WE ARE NOT AT HOME WITH THE LORD. 

7 ︎ For we live by BELIEVING and NOT BY SEEING. 

8 ︎ Yes, we are FULLY CONFIDENT, and we would rather be away from these earthly bodies, for THEN WE WILL BE AT HOME WITH THE LORD. 

9 ︎ So whether we are here in this body or away from this body, our goal is to please him. 

10 ︎ For we must all STAND BEFORE CHRIST TO BE JUDGED. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done IN THIS EARTHLY BODY.

W M B ~ We meet Jesus in the air, before we get Home. That’s right. Second Thessalonians tells us that, for, “we meet Him in the air.” 

A beautiful type of Rebekah meeting Isaac, in the field, in the cool of the day. 

“We meet Him in the air.” Second Thessalonians tells us so. “For we which are alive and remain shall not prevent or hinder those which are asleep; for the trumpet of God shall sound; the dead in Christ shall rise first; we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them, to meet the Lord in the air.” 

Perfect, all these types.

Therefore, the theophany, if you have died and entered into that theophany, (what happens?) the theophany comes to the earth to pick up the redeemed body. 

And if you’re here in the air, you take the body to meet the theophany, there you are, “and caught up, and go to meet the Lord in the air.”

Who is this Melchisedec but God!

Now we see here plainly THE COMPLETE SECRET OF OUR LIVES IN JOURNEY, AND DEATH, AND WHERE WE GO AFTER WE DIE. 

Also, predestination is in plain view here. Now listen as we teach this, closely.

THE STAGES of—of the ETERNAL PURPOSE He had in HIS SECRET HAS NOW BEEN REVEALED. 

Notice, THERE IS STILL THREE STAGES TO PERFECTION. Just like He redeems the world, same way He redeems His Church, He redeems the people, in three stages. 

Now look. 

︎FIRST is justification, like Luther preached; 

︎SECOND, sanctification, like Wesley preached; 

︎THIRD, baptism of the Holy Ghost. That’s right. 

︎THEN COMES THE RAPTURE!

Now, the world, how did He REDEEM THE WORLD? 

1 ︎The FIRST, what He did, when it sinned, He WASHED IT off in WATER BAPTISM. That’s right. 

2 ︎Then He DROPPED HIS BLOOD upon it, from the cross, and SANCTIFIED it and called it His Own. 

And then what does He do? As He TORE ALL THE WORLD OUT OF YOU, and RENOVATED THE WHOLE THING BY THE FIERY BAPTISM OF THE HOLY GHOST, He also will RENOVATE THE WORLD. 

And IT’LL BE BURNT OVER WITH FIRE, and cleanse EVERY GERM, for MILLIONS OF MILES HIGH, everything will be CLEANED OFF.

And then there is a NEW HEAVEN and a NEW EARTH, JUST LIKE YOU ARE A NEW CREATURE IN CHRIST JESUS when the Holy Spirit takes a hold of you. 

See, there you are, the whole thing is just as plain as it can be. EVERYTHING IS IN THREE.

W M B ~ When the theophany, Moses seen Him, Exodus 33:2, He was a theophany. 

Moses wanted to see God. He had heard His VOICE, heard Him TALK to him, SEEN HIM in a bush there, as a big Pillar of Fire. 

And he said, “Who are You? I want to know Who You are.” Moses said. “I’ll put…” 

“If You’ll let me see You, I would like to SEE YOUR FACE.”

He said, “NO MAN CAN SEE MY FACE.” 

He said, “I’ll put My hand over your eyes, and I’ll pass by. And you can see My back, but not My face.” See? 

And when He did, it was THE BACK OF A MAN; it was a THEOPHANY. Then the Word that come to Moses, “I AM,” that was the Word. The Word came to Moses IN THE FORM of a Pillar of Fire in a BURNING BUSH, the “I AM.”

As the Word from the theology, from the THEOPHANY, rather, excuse me, He CAME TO ABRAHAM AS A MAN, under the oak tree. 

Now look at there. There came a Man to Abraham, three of them, and set down under an oak tree, three of them. And notice, after He talked to Abraham…

Why did He come? 

Abraham, being the one with the promise and THE MESSAGE OF THE COMING SON, and also HE WAS Gods WORD-PROPHET that was trusting God’s Word, calling anything contrary as though it wasn’t. 

See how perfect the Word is? 

The Word came to the prophet. See, THERE WAS GOD IN A THEOPHANY. And the Bible said, 

“THE WORD COMES TO THE PROPHET.” 

And here was the—THE WORD IN THE THEOPHANY.

Now you say, “WAS THAT GOD?”

Abraham said it was. He said His name was…he called Him ELOHIM.

W M B ~  When Jesus was manifested in the Old Testament, in a THEOPHANY, in THE PERSON OF MELCHISEDEC; not a priesthood, but the Person, the Man. See? 

For, this Man had yet not been born, but He was in A THEOPHANY, so He had no father, no mother. He was God Himself. 

He was manifested IN THE FORM OF A MAN, called, “King of Salem, which is King of Peace, and King of Righteousness.” See? HE WAS MELCHISEDEC. 

“He had neither father nor mother, beginning of days or ending of life.” See? 

IT WAS JESUS IN A THEOPHANY, IN THE FORM OF A MAN. Could you go that? All right.

Then He was made ACTUALLY HUMAN FLESH, and dwelled among us, in the Person of Jesus Christ Himself, born of the virgin Mary. He come IN THAT FORM SO HE COULD DIE, and went back into Heaven.

Now in this last days, He has promised to manifest Himself in the fullness again, of His flesh, in Spirit. See? 

“For as it was in the days of Sodom, so shall it be in the COMING OF THE SON OF MAN.”

The Son of man MADE FLESH, there He was STANDING THERE IN FLESH at that time, LIKE A THEOPHANY, standing there DISCERNING what Sarah was saying in the tent behind Him. HE PROMISED. Watch. 

THE ROYAL SEED OF ABRAHAM IS PROMISED TO SEE THAT SAME THING.
