Revelation 3 :13
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches

58-0618 – # 14 – Handwriting On The Wall

And, my most beloved friends, we’re at another junction! We had fifteen hundred years of dark ages in Catholicism. Along come Martin Luther, cooled off. Along come Wesley, cooled off. And along come the Baptists and cooled off. And along come Pentecost, cooled off … or, it never went to a cooling off; it got lukewarm!

But just before this great cooling off or lukewarmness of the Pentecostal church, there must come again on the scene the supernatural and prophets and great messages, and the healing of the sick and the raising of the dead. It’s God’s sign post; we’re at the end-time! And the church is lukewarm, just cooling off and going away. It has to be that way. God said it would be that way. But the warning is to “him that has ears to hear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.”

And, remember, great things are taking place. It’s unknown amongst the world. Jesus come, lived, died, and sacrificed, went back to glory, and millions never even knowed nothing about it, see. It’s not flowery, great big; it’s “He came to his own,” see. “He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches.” Not to the outside; to the church. It’s the church that gets its shaking

O God, let Your people realize that soon the angel shall set foot upon the land and sea and raise up His hands and say, “Time shall be no more!”

Then O, what a weeping and wailing,

When the lost ones are told of their fate;

They’ll cry to the rocks and the mountains,

They’ll pray, but the prayer is too late.

Now is the day of salvation. “Let him that has an ear hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.” Grant it, Lord.

May there not be one person here be missing on that day of the rapture. May we be so filled with the love of God and the Spirit of God until the Holy Spirit will catch us away with the waiting, or even if we shall rest in our lot. As You said to Daniel, “Go your way, Daniel, for you shall rest. But at that day you’ll stand in your lot.”

O God, You said, “Those that turn many from sin to righteousness shall outshine the stars forever and ever.” What a day! But them wicked shall be turned away into destruction. O God, make men to realize their position just now in life, that they might turn to the righteous One before it’s everlasting too late. Grant it, Father.

MAY GOD BLESS YOU ?
