Lord Jesus Christ, thank you that you can satisfy our every desire and need. You have said that if we delight ourselves in you, you will give us the desires of our hearts. Please help us to encourage each other to trust in you for every aspect of our lives and relationship. Help us to spur each other on in our faith.
Back in the land of Canaan, Isaac awaited the news. He knew the Lord would direct the servant to find the right woman to be his wife. One evening he went out into the field to pray. When he lifted up his eyes, he saw the caravan returning from Mesopotamia and ran to meet them.

Psalm 18:30 ~ Protection
As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. Protection comes through trusting that, even when it hurts, the breakup is right for you. My motto: rejection is protection; rejection is redirection
Matthew 6:17-18 ”But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
“Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins.” The Good News: Love each other honestly and earnestly, even when you hate them most. Forgiveness is key, and then your love will shine brightest in the darkest moments in your relationship
Ephesians 4:32: “Be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.” 35.
Genesis 2:18–25: “Then the LORD God said, ‘It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him
Pray that God would give you a relationship (Matthew 7:7)! God’s word challenges us to ask and bring our needs before God. Anything and everything. As long as our hearts are aligned with His, there are no limits on what we can ask.
“The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.” “Jesus replied, ‘You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand. ‘ ” “Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.
Proverbs 12:4
An excellent wife is the crown of her husband, but she who brings shame is like rottenness in his bones.
Proverbs 31:10 – She is far more precious than jewels.1 Peter 3:7: In the same way, you husbands must give honor to your wives. Treat your wife with understanding as you live together. She may be weaker than you are, but she is your equal partner in God’s gift of new life
“Nevertheless, in the Lord woman is not independent of man nor man of woman; for as woman was made from man, so man is now born of woman.And all things are from God.” The Good News: Men and women rely on each other. God made them equal partners in life, and they should respect each other always
1 Corinthians 13 1Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
Psalm 37:4 says “Take delight in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.” We can rest in knowing that He put those desires for a wife on our hearts, so this is indeed something good that He wants for us. … God knows what I need, and what you need; better than we even know for ourselves.
agape loveAgapē is the word for love used in 1 Corinthians 13. 1. To say that agape love is the highest form of love is not to say other kinds of love are insignificant or trivial. God created sexual love (eros) to be expressed in marriage between husbands and wives.
Lord, I pray for a woman of God, beautiful in heart, mind and soul. May she be faithful, loyal, sincere and noble in her thoughts and deeds. Grant her patience. Let her be filled with love, humility and understanding for me and the family we will commit.
In Your precious name I pray, amen. Heavenly Father, I come before you today with a heavy heart; my marriage is in trouble, and I need your help. Make changes in my spouse’s heart. Make us compatible again, and bring us closer together.
In gratitude for the gift of life, I humbly ask in the name of your son Jesus that you takeme to my life partner. According to your word, you created Eve and brought her to Adam. Since you have already prepared someone for me, I pray that you bring us together. I need your grace to make the correct choice in marriage.
